Ant Sharman is a curious old soldier, a consultant, a wargamer. With 25 years of experience leading and training teams, he spends a lot of time thinking, sometimes about thinking, and has more ideas than he has time to work up into anything more.
Day-to-day he runs Evocatus, a consultancy specialising in the design and delivery of wargames and scenario-based exercises, developed against requirements from organisational change to defence capability development.
Zero Echo is where he thinks out loud. Working notes, not a brochure. Some posts are essays, some are reading notes, some are sketches of ideas that may go nowhere — the discipline is in writing things down often enough that patterns emerge.
